Why these choices

The 9600X feeds a mid-range GPU without becoming the bottleneck. It also drops into the same AM5 socket as future X3D chips so you can upgrade later without a new motherboard.

The RX 9060 XT 12 GB is the more forward-looking GPU. Nvidias RTX 5060 is faster in ray tracing but the 8 GB VRAM will bottleneck within a year.

32 GB at DDR5-6000 CL30 is the right memory in 2026. 16 GB is no longer enough with modern games plus a browser and Discord.
